New mobile apps - MyOperations(TM) app and MyAnalyzer(TM) app Now accessing Operations Center and JDLink Connect data from a smartphone in the field and on the go is possible with a new mobile experience. The MyOperations and MyAnalyzer apps provide an innovative way to gain on-demand insights with daily work summaries, field productivity, machine efficiency, and job quality details, along with historical field operations. These apps will be available on 29 August 2016.

John Deere continues to demonstrate their dedication to protect and nurture crops through sprayer technology with the introduction of John Deere ExactApply nozzle control. A factory-installed, precision solution to protect and maximize the yield potential of crops.

These factory-installed optional wiring harnesses provide for easy installation of up to three remote observation cameras on the combine. Location on the unloading auger provides the operator views of the grain cart or truck while unloading. The camera mounted on the rear styling panel allow for a view behind the machine when reversing. And a mounting location inside the grain tank shows the operator the fill level and grain sample continuously while harvesting. Camera images are displayed on the GS2630 display on the CommandARM(TM) controls in the cab. The additional visibility provided will give operators the confidence to maximize harvesting performance when unloading and maneuvering the combine in and out of the field.

John Deere Connected Support with 5-year JDLink(TM) Machine Connectivity Beginning with model year 2017, a 5-year JDLink(TM) subscription is included in base equipment on S-Series Combines. This allows a differentiated value for operators with John Deere Connected Support. This requires the modular telematics gateway (MTG) 4G LTE hardware which is included as base equipment. These enhancements in machine communication and connectivity enable better, faster transfer of data into information needed for better agronomic management decisions. This lowers total cost of operations and improves overall profitability.

John Deere's model year 2017 S-Series Combine and front-end equipment improvements will provide increased levels of distinctive value and better machine performance in a variety of crops and conditions.
