9RX Series offers longer undercarriage wheel warranty coverage (Revised 06 Nov 2015)
The 9RX Series mid-rollers, idlers, and drive sprockets on the undercarriage come standard with 36 month or 3000 hours warranty, whichever comes first, when used in agricultural applications*. This non prorated undercarriage wheel coverage is the best factory undercarriage wheel warranty offered by any 4 track positive drive track tractor manufacturer in the industry.
The longer undercarriage wheel coverage is a result of many features. 9RX Series heavy-duty mid-rollers use the latest Camso™ coatings and processes which have been shown to offer the highest heat resistance in the industry. The revolutionary open sprocket design also offers superior system cleanout as compared to competitive designs, and standard features such as outer wheel scrapers maximize track system life. Additional dealer-installed inner-sprocket scrapers and debris guards protect and extend the life of the system even further. Separate hub and wheel for the mid-rollers and idlers makes maintenance and access simple, without needing to open the hub, seals, and bearings like some of the competition. The track alignment system is simple to adjust and similar to the 2 track systems. Overall, no one offers more standard and optional features on an agricultural 4-track tractor undercarriage system than John Deere.
Coupled with a large-track footprint and longer track length than the 4-track competition, the 9RX Series undercarriage track and wheel components work together to reduce wear and tear on the belt and rolling components, resulting in maximum power to the ground and extended belt life.
New to the John Deere agricultural track tractor family, the 9RX Series uses a positive-drive technology, meaning power is transmitted primarily through the inner drive lugs rather than through friction, as is done by the 2-track systems. The 9RX Series comes standard with a belt warranty of 48 months or 3000 hours, whichever comes first, and this prorated coverage is also the longest factory belt warranty offered by any 4-track positive drive track tractor manufacturer in the industry. Coverage is prorated on months and hours, for both the standard Camso Durabuilt® 3500 as well as the optional heavy-duty Camso 6500 Tracks.
