ExactRate sensor on trench-delivery system

On all ExactEmerge row units, each cartridge will be equipped with ExactRate sensors. As the seeds are being delivered through the BrushBelt™ controls, they pass the ExactRate reflective seed sensor. The delivery system slides every seed past the seed sensor to read and send the signal to the controller. The seed sensor and design is able to provide sensor performance at higher seeds per second with no population adjustment as needed with seed tube sensors. This ExactRate seed sensor data is actual row-unit performance data where seed tube sensors add 10 percent population in soybean planting to adjust for the seeds it missed.
