John Deere’s model year 2015 S-Series Combine and Flex Draper improvements provide distinctive value and better machine performance in a variety of crops and conditions. The new 645FD HydraFlex™ Draper adds even greater capacity to John Deere’s productive front-end equipment lineup. Hydraulic platform tilt features, feederhouse improvements, Active Concave Isolation, and two new unloading augers also increase performance, uptime, and the amount of crop that can be harvested during the long days of harvest season.

645FD HydraFlex Draper

John Deere’s new 645FD HydraFlex Draper proves that bigger can be better, cutting a wider swath with the same quality feeding as the other HydraFlex Draper models.

Active Concave Isolation

Hydraulically suspended concaves allow for both the S680 and S690 to perform better in tough threshing conditions. This feature reduces concave noise and allows for smoother material flow. Active Concave Isolation is available with the tough small grain and tough rice crop packages.

Hydraulic feederhouse platform tilt (Fore Aft)

A new hydraulic feature allowing feederhouse platform tilt from wiithin the cab will greatly improve the ease of angle adjustment for better crop harvesting throughout the day.

New unloading augers: 7.9-m (26-ft) power folding and 8.7-m (28.5-ft) rigid

Two new unloading augers round out the lineup of new features for the 2015 John Deere S-Series Combines, taking productivity to the next level.
