The John Deere 600FD
HydraFlex™ Draper Platforms provide increased combine productivity in
soybeans and other small grains.
- HydraFlex technology
allows the operator to vary the cutterbar ground pressure without affecting the
cutting height of the crop even at high ground speeds.
- The draper
belt system ensures smooth, uniform feeding of crop to the feed
drum and into the combine feederhouse.

The 600FD HydraFlex™ Draper Platforms have been
designed to improve capacity and productivity during harvest. Some of the
features include:
- Two models, the 635FD and 640FD,
are available to maximize harvesting.
- The 600FD Draper Platforms feature HydraFlex,
an industry-exclusive hydraulic float system. From the cab, the operator can
simply adjust the armrest encoder knob which varies the hydraulic pressure in
the float arm hydraulic cylinders.
- A unique dual
knife-drive system is timed, creating the smoothest possible reciprocating
knife drive system currently in the industry.
- The speed
of the side draper belts can be controlled from an adjustment on the
CommandARM™ from within the cab.
- An additional feature of the 600FD Draper Platforms is the ability to cut
off-ground with the use of automatic header height control.
- The 640FD features a two-piece
reel that enhances smooth, fast draper feeding in all crop conditions.
The 600FD Series HydraFlex™ Draper Platform will meet and exceed
changing customer needs, enabling operators to be more productive. This is the
