WHATS THE SECRET BEHIND THE SCIENCE OF A 3-BLADE MOWER DECK?
It all starts with a minimum of 10-gauge steel. (Thats the same gauge steel that most safes are constructed from). Then we forge that steel into a mower deck. Much like a chefs knife, forging is a proven process conducted with proprietary tooling that maximizes both the strength and the performance of the mower. Finally, each deck is topped off with reinforcements welded to the trim edge for extreme durability.

Z300/Z500 ACCEL DEEP MOWER DECK.
These 48- and 54-in. mowers are forged from 10-gauge steel. The Accel Deep is named for the deep-draw and flat tap design that provides superior cut quality at faster speeds. A 42-in. model is also available.

Easy-to-use cutting-height dial lets you change cutting height from 1 1/4 -4 -in. (3-11 cm), for a precision cut.

FORGE AHEAD.
The 48- and 54-in. wide Accel Deep mower decks are forged from 10-gauge thick steel, the same thickness most safes are made from. A 42-in. mower is also available.

RELAX.
Custom-tailored, 18- and 20-in. (46-51 cm) high-back seats provide a smooth ride over bumpy, uneven terrain.

WELL LIT.

AUTOMATIC PARK BRAKE
The integrated park brake is automatically applied when steering levers are stowed outward and disengaged when motion control levers are placed into operating position.

MOWER DECK LIFT/CUT-HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Easily lift the mower deck using the foot lift pedal.
A cut-height preset ensures the deck returns to the correct position.
Mower deck cutting height adjusts from 1.25 to 4.5 in. (3 to 11 cm) in 0.25-in. (0.64-cm) increments for excellent cut quality and performance.

HEAVY-DUTY PTO CLUTCH
A heavy-duty electric PTO clutch is controlled by a convenient, dash-mounted control. The PTO clutch is designed to operate through many on/off cycles.

EASY REFUELING WITH A CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FUEL TANK
The fuel tank holds 3 U.S. gal. (11 L) of fuel. It is located low on the left side of the machine:
Fuel-fill opening is located low and angled for easy refueling.
Large, 2-in. (5.1-cm) fuel-fill opening reduces the chance of spilling when adding fuel.
Cap is tethered to the fuel tank to prevent the fuel cap from getting misplaced.
