Pick from premium cab, standard cab, or open operator station (OOS) options available on the 5E 3-Cylinder models (except for the 5050E, which is only available with an open operator station). 5E 4-Cylinder models are available with cab and OOS options.

Youll also find horsepower options from 50 75 hp in the proven John Deere PowerTech 3-cylinder engine. Pull rear blades and box blades with ease with the 5E 3-Cylinder models. Baling is easier with the heavier weight and higher hp (90 100 hp) 5E 4-Cylinder models. Hilly conditions are no problem with the 2-percent power bulge that gives you a boost when you need it, available on the 5E 4-Cylinder models. All 5E models provide the durability and reliability youve come to expect from John Deere.

Now John Deere 5E 3-Cylinder models feature a premium cab option, in addition to the standard cab and open operator station (OOS) options.

ENJOY PREMIUM COMFORT
All operators can find the perfect driving position by raising or lowering the tilt and telescopic steering wheel, available on all 5E PowrReverser cabs.

The Air Ride seat adjusts for your weight, and features adjustable back rest, seat arm rests and fore/aft adjustments providing the most comfortable ride for every operator, available in the premium cab.

Open and close the rear window easier thanks to the improved grab handle, available on the 5E 3-Cylinder premium cab and the 5E 4-Cylinder cab.

Keep the rear window clean and improve visibility with the rear windshield wiper. An instructional seat is also included in the premium cab and available as a dealer install kit on the standard cab. A right-hand door and steps are standard on the premium cab and optional on the standard cab.

The premium cab on the 5E 3-Cylinder models feature full LED lighting on both headlights and work lights for improved visibility. Standard cabs feature LED headlights.

WET CLUTCH
Youll enjoy high-performance with less wear and tear on your gears, thanks to the wet clutch on the 5E 3-Cylinder 12F/12R PowrReverser models. The 5050E with the 9F/3R transmission features a dry clutch.

RAISE & LOWER REAR HITCH WITH EASE
Raise the rear hitch to transport mode and then lower it again to a set depth at the touch of a button using the Electronic Quick Raise-Lower feature. This is perfect for headland turns for tillage work and rotary cutting or picking up round bales with a rear bale fork.

NO REGEN REQUIRED
Youll get the same powerful, reliable engine you love, but now the 5E 3-Cylinder models can meet emission requirements with no Regen required. This makes maintenance easier, with no need for a diesel particulate filter. With no DEF fluid, DPF filter, and no Regen required, it keeps maintenance simple on the 5E 3-Cylinder models.

TIRE OPTIONS
Additional flotation and traction are available with larger tire options than previous models. Choose from 2WD offerings for turf, road, or general agriculture use, as well as a variety of MFWD options to meet general use with bias tires, grass and municipality needs with turf tires, and transportation needs with radial tires. HANDLE ADDITIONAL HYDRAULIC JOBS
The new 5E 3-Cylinder models feature a true 3rd function mid-selective control valve (SCV) that allows you to handle additional hydraulic jobs. The SCV can be activated while lifting or curling to open or close the grapple at the same time, helping you move logs and debris with no diverter. You can order the 3rd function SCV from the factory or easily stack on a dual function later to fit the needs of your operation.
