This grain cart series features a pivoting vertical auger for unloading flexibility and a rubber-cushioned tongue suspension for a smoother ride. DUAL-AUGER HARVESTING POWER
A dual-auger grain cart provides faster unloading speeds and a lower profile hopper, allowing more room for the combine auger in uneven terrain.
The 20 horizontal floor auger feeds the 22 (24 on model 2020) vertical unloading auger for unloading speeds up to 1,000 bushels per minute!

CONVENIENT UNLOADING
The 20" diameter horizontal floor auger feeds the 24" vertical auger on model 2020 for unloading speeds up to 1,000 bushels per minute or the 22" vertical auger on models 1620, 1320 and 1120 for unloading speeds up to 850 bushels per minute.
The pivoting vertical unloading auger adjusts from 16' 6" to 10' 6" in height which allows the operator to lower the auger to the truck when unloading and raise the auger when pulling away.
The operator can adjust the auger reach up to 9' 1" away from the cart for precise grain placement without repositioning the grain cart.

AUGER FLIGHTING
The exclusively designed 3/8" thick max-edge auger flighting features an additional 1/4" thick Abrasion Resistant (AR400) strips (the strip is in addition to the 3/8, giving a total thickness of 5/8) that are welded in high volume areas to increase durability and extend the flighting life.
The patented rubber cushioned auger connection protects the upper and lower vertical augers from harsh tractor PTO engagements. Reducing stress helps extend the life of the driveline. Electronic balancing of the upper and lower augers eliminates vibration, providing a smooth unload.
Two-point auger engagement between the upper and lower vertical auger sections ensures a smooth transition of grain through the connection area.

UNLOADING CONTROL
The standard bi-directional downspout allows you to easily move the downspout in and out for precise grain placement. The pivoting vertical auger can be raised when pulling up to the truck and lowered when ready to unload.
For 4-way downspout control, an optional pistol-grip joystick adds the ability to move the downspout left-to-right in addition to in-and-out.

OPERATOR CONVENIENCE
Three high-output LED spotlights located on the unloading auger downspout feature a compact design and durable construction for a convenient day and nighttime operation.
The easy-to-operate auger field rest stand provides quicker fold times for in-field operations.
When folded all the way down, the unloading auger fits completely within the cart's hopper width for ease of transport and storage.
The vertical unloading auger features a hinged cleanout door at the bottom for tool-free cleanout.

TANK DESIGN
Models 2020, 1620, 1320 and 1120 feature tank capacities of 2,000, 1,600, 1,300 and 1,100 bushels to meet the largest operations demands.
The 20-Series double auger grain cart design allows the tank to have a lower profile and low center of gravity for in-field stability and easy combine unloading.
The steep floor slopes, graphite-coated interior and recessed floor auger intake provide quick and clean unloading, even in high-moisture grain.

CLEANOUT
The rear, single-point opening for the horizontal floor auger panels permits easy clean out between crops.

HYDRAULIC FLOW GATE
The tank features standard 16" hydraulic flow-control gates over the horizontal floor auger which allows the operator to meter the flow of grain. An easy-to-see indicator on the front of the auger displays how far the flow gates are open.

WEATHERGUARD TARP
A standard weather guard rollover tarp protects the tanks contents and features low-profile tarp bows that are reinforced to eliminate sagging.
The heavy-duty, 18 oz. black canvas can withstand harsh weather conditions while the semi-trailer locking design provides optimum protection from high winds and moisture.

TANK STANDARD FEATURES
The ergonomic side-mounted ladder extends away from the grain cart for easy access to the top of the tank.
Three front and one rear shatterproof window make for convenient load checking and the interior tank-mounted LED spotlight allows the operator to easily check the tanks contents at night.
Flashing L.E.D. amber and red taillights with SMV sign and transport chains for safe road transport.
Exposed seams are silicone sealed for corrosion resistance and the durable top coat of high-grade enamel paint is baked on in tractor red or green for a smooth, automotive-like finish.

HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION
The Unverferth 20-Series dual auger grain cart lineup features industry-leading undercarriage options so you can choose the right undercarriage to meet your operations needs. Choose from high-flotation single wheels and tires, walking tandem duals, 50" or 42 wide Equalizer track systems or a 36 wide traditional track system.
Rubber-cushioned tongue suspension provides a smoother ride over the roughest terrain and a tubular steel mainframe with 12-gauge steel shell for enhanced longevity.
A heavy-duty 12,000 lb. drop-leg jack ensures safer storage and the standard transport chains provide added safety when traveling on the road.

DRIVELINE
The exclusive driveline design on Unverferth dual auger grain carts combines a belt drive for the 20" horizontal auger and a heavy-duty direct-drive 90-degree gearbox for the vertical unloading auger.
The proven and reliable belt-drive system features dual four-strand belts and dual spring-loaded tensioners for long life and easy maintenance and the floor auger can be manually disengaged if needed to run the unloading auger by itself.
The exclusively designed heavy-duty 90 gearbox powers the vertical unloading auger and features a 1 output shaft for long-term, trouble-free operation.
The quick-couple 1,000 RPM P.T.O. shaft features an overrunning front end for smooth spin down and a cut-out clutch for driveline protection.

HIGH-FLOTATION SINGLE WHEELS & TIRES
Models 1320 and 1120 are available with high-flotation single wheels and tires with a variety of tire sizes available depending on the model. Model 1320 with single wheels and tires features 12-bolt hubs and model 1120 utilizes 10-bolt hubs. Each hub is manufactured from special alloy, high-strength steel with gusseted reinforcements for trouble-free operation.

WALKING TANDEM DUAL WHEELS & TIRES
Available on models 1320 and 1120, the innovative walking tandem design allows the cart to trail easily through the field and features independent operation from front to rear, allowing the cart to "walk" over obstacles. The tires can be adjusted for 30" or 36" row spacings and the entire wheel assembly swings out for easier tire/wheel maintenance.

IN-LINE FIXED TANDEM WHEELS & TIRES
Models 2020 and 1620 can be equipped with an oscillating in-line tandem undercarriage for an economical design that provides high-flotation for reduced compaction. All fixed in-line tandem undercarriages utilize 12-bolt hubs while the 2020 model features 1050/50x32 tires and model 1620 features 900/60x32 tires.
Optional 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes for model 2020 fixed in-line tandem undercarriage are available for enhanced towing safety.

36 WIDE TRADITIONAL TRACK
The 36" wide track belt with 105 of ground contact length features a 4-bogie design and is available on all models. Model 1120 model can be equipped with a 2-bogie track with 87 of ground contact length.
40" end-wheels feature 10-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication. Purgeable grease hubs ensure the operator can purge or push out any dirt and debris from the hub, increasing the life and eliminating down time.
For a more economical design, model 1120 can be equipped with a 36" wide track belt with 75 of ground contact length and 2-bogie wheels.
32" main end-wheels feature 8-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication.
All 36 tracks utilize hydraulic belt tensioning adjustment for easier track alignment, optimum ground contact and even weight distribution. The conveniently located PSI gauge allows the operator to easily check the pressure, ensuring the proper tension is being applied to the belt.
The cast iron pivoting mid-rollers are on the same plane as the main end-wheels for optimum flotation and reduced stress on the belt.
The exclusive rubber belt construction molds the tread, guide lugs and belt together as one piece, increasing durability and eliminating the need for glued components.

50" AND 42" WIDE TRACKS
The 50" wide Equalizer track features 105" of ground contact length with a 4-bogie design and is only offered as an option on model 2020. The 42" wide track belt with 105 of ground contact length and a 4-bogie design is available on models 2020, 1620 and 1320. Models 1320 and 1120 can be equipped with a 2-bogie Equalizer track with 87 of ground contact length.
The Equalizer track system has a patented design that features 8 of side-to-side camber and 20 of front-to-back pivot with independent movement of each track to provide uniform ground contact on uneven terrain. The standard auto-greaser system provides automatic application of grease at more frequent intervals for consistent lubrication.
40" main end-wheels feature 10-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication. Greaseable hubs ensure the operator can push out any dirt and debris from the hub, increasing the life and eliminating down time.
