John Deere Integrated Solutions Specialist


Purpose: Ensure ongoing AMS mainstreaming and work with all dealership departments to sell and support advanced precision farming products. Support dealership value-added services by sharing expertise, training employees, and supporting solution execution.



  • Oversee Precision Farming Products, to Sales, Service, and Parts Departments

  • Work with our  Customers in Organizing Planting, Tillage, Spraying & Harvest Data from equipment to the John Deere Operations Center for storage

  • Provide Customers with timely Planting, Tillage, Spraying & Harvest Documentation at completion of each season

  • Maintain Dealer RTK Network

  • Take calls from Customers assisting them utilizing the John Deere Suite of Guidance and Field Managment Systems in the Field

  • Present John Deere Precision Farming Information at Spring & Summer Customer Clinics 

  • Serve as the internal and external dealership technical specialist relative to all precision farming products offered and supported by the dealership

  • Provide recommendation on ordering option codes, stocking/inventory of precision hardware

  • Participate in all training opportunities provided by the dealership

  • Maintain company vehicle, computer, and other assigned equipment


Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 1+ years of experience in an agriculture related role

  • Continuing Education Progressing to CCA

  • Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers' farms

  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions

  • Ability to speak and write effectively one-on-one and within a group

  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management abilities

  • Associates/Bachelors Degree in Ag or Computer Science or equivalent experience
