UNVERFERTH 610 RIPPER ROLLER

Combine deep-tillage action with unparalleled leveling action and you have the perfect tool for working in high-residue conditions, while satisfying low and minimum tillage needs.

FEATURES
First, the lead coulter with six-bolt hub and 20", 13-wave blade helps cut through the heaviest crop residue for maximum flow
Next, the steep-sloped shanks with auto-reset mechanism provide moderate soil disturbance and till up to 18" deep
Choose model 610 with shear-bolt protected shank
Shanks are offset 16 inches and are spaced 18 or 24 inches apart for optimum residue flow-through
Choice of leveling options:
o 16" bladed reel with beveled, high-carbon steel blades break up the soil and help distribute residue
o Drum roller with 3/8" thick x 3" tall x 2-1/2" wide cleats help drive the roller across the ground for maximum leveling and firming action
o 16" Rolling Harrow basket features scalloped and angled blades to chop and evenly distribute soil and residue
Leveling rollers feature two heavy-duty 3" x 3" mounting arms and adjustable spring downpressure for fine-tuning the soil finish
All-welded steel construction with 6" by 6" rear bar
Models available with 7, 9, 11 or 13 shanks
Requires approximately 20-40 horsepower per shank

The model 610 features shearbolt protected shanks with 7,500 pounds of shear pressure. All-welded steel construction and 6x6 rear toolbar provide exceptional structural strength and years of durability. The Ripper-Rollers lead coulters feature a 6-bolt hub and 20 ripple blade that cuts through the heaviest corn, cotton, rice, wheat and other high-volume residues for maximum flow. Theyre followed by steep-sloped shanks that till up to 18 deep for thoroughly mixing the soil. Shanks are staggered 28 for reduced horsepower requirements and are spaced 18 apart for optimum residue flow. They feature invertable 1-wide triangular-shaped wear bars for extended life and easier pulling.

The shanks are followed by your choice of two leveling options:
A 16 roller with beveled, high-carbon steel blades that shatter clods, chop and help distribute residue, or
A 13 diameter cleated roller with 3 tall spiraled drive lugs propel the roller for maximum leveling and firming action.

All rollers feature dual, heavy-duty 3x3 spring cushioned mounting arms on each section for fine tuning the soil finish. Independent mounting allows each section to closely follow ground contour and flex up and over obstacles. Other Ripper-Roller options include angle adjustable shatter wings for shanks for greater fracturing of the soil, shark fin points for less surface disruption and a lighting kit for safer nighttime road travel. The Unverferth Ripper-Roller tillage tool is available in 7-, 9-, 11- and 13-row rigid models. They feature a high-quality, powder coat finish of tractor red or green that resists corrosion. Standard stabilizer wheels with new 7.60 x 15 tires provide consistent depth control and stability.
